1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

  • All payments made to Digitalsarabx are subject to this policy
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product purchased
  • We encourage users to review plans, demos, and documentation before making a purchase

Due to the nature of digital and AI-based services, certain charges are non-refundable.


2. AI SERVICES (CUSTOM PROJECTS & AUTOMATION)

2.1 Setup Fees

  • One-time setup fees are non-refundable
  • These fees cover initial consultation, system design, configuration, and deployment efforts

2.2 Monthly Service Fees

  • Monthly service or retainer fees are non-refundable once the service period has started
  • If a cancellation request is received before the start of a new billing cycle, services will continue until the end of the paid period

2.3 Project-Based Work

  • For fixed-scope or milestone-based projects:
    • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
    • Refunds for unstarted work may be considered at our discretion

3. AI TOOLS (SELF-SERVE PRODUCTS)

3.1 Subscriptions

  • Subscription charges for AI tools are non-refundable
  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period

3.2 Trials & Demos

  • Free trials or limited-access plans are provided to allow evaluation before payment
  • No refunds are issued after a paid plan is activated

4. AI VERTICAL SAAS (SUBSCRIPTION PLATFORMS)

4.1 Subscription Plans

  • Monthly and annual SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current period

4.2 Annual Plans

  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds only if explicitly stated at the time of purchase
  • Otherwise, annual plans are non-refundable

5. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CASES

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect charges due to system error
  • Service unavailability caused solely by Digitalsarabx for an extended period

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.


6. HOW TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

Users may cancel by:

  • Logging into their account dashboard
  • Contacting our support team via email

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid future charges.


7. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
